Since the signing of our disability agreement with the DREETS In 2022, which has been renewed until 2027, we are structuring our actions around a clear objective: concretely act for access, maintaining employment, and the fulfillment of people with disabilities.
Recruit inclusively and without discrimination.
Accompany our employees in their RQTH procedures and workplace adjustments.
Train and raise awareness among all employees about disabilities.
Communicate and keep the subject alive all year round.
Develop inclusive partnerships with EA and ESAT.

The Disability Mission is there to advise, listen, and facilitate the daily lives of employees and managers. We support each situation with confidentiality, responsiveness, and pragmatism, thanks to a personalized integration follow-up and of regular check-ups with the manager and the disability referent.
We can support RQTH procedures with the MDPH, as well as workplace adjustments, whether they are material, organizational, or related to travel and telecommuting.
