The KLANIK Group undertakes, with regard to the collection and processing and communication of personal data, to comply with the regulations applicable to the processing of said data and in particular Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended and European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("Applicable Regulations").
KLANIK, a French simplified joint-stock company whose registered office is located at 221 avenue du Prado 13008 Marseille ("KLANIK" or "we"), is the entity responsible for the processing, within the meaning of the applicable regulations, of personal data collected from the website

1 - What personal data do we collect?
1.1 As a data controller
The personal data we collect concerns our Candidates, service providers, customers and users of our Site. They are as follows:
- Candidate Data
If You are a Candidate, You can contact us via the contact form accessible on our Site, or when You apply for a job offer on the site of one of our partners or by any other means such as in particular via our recruitment game World Of Klanik or within the framework of a forum or recruitment fair.
Data is collected for recruitment management purposes. It is processed only insofar as is strictly necessary to assess the Candidate's ability to fill the position offered, or to measure his or her professional aptitudes. To this end, Candidates are asked to provide the following information:
- Identification data (in particular: surname, first name, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, photo if applicable)
- Residence permit / work permit
- Curriculum Vitae
- Driver's license, if applicable
Failure to provide this information will make it impossible to participate in the recruitment process.
We may also collect other personal data that the Candidate chooses to transmit to us, such as :
- Its availability
- Family situation
- Geographical mobility
- Cover letter
- Salary claims
- The URL of your LinkedIn profile
- Details of previous references
- Any other information contained in his Curriculum Vitae

In our capacity as data controller, we are likely to collect certain personal data from the person or persons responsible within our client or service provider companies, as part of the provision of our services or from participants in professional events organized by KLANIK.
Client/Provider data may include:

1.2 As a data processor
At the same time, we act as a subcontractor within the meaning of the applicable regulations when acting on behalf of our customers. In the course of our work, we may access and process certain personal data stored on the customer's information system. We act only on written instructions from the customer. The customer defines the purposes and duration of storage.
2- What do we use the data for?
The purpose of collecting and processing personal data from third parties is to :
- To provide our technical assistance services in the IT field;
- Improve and personalize our services;
- Answer questions sent by contact form ;
- Managing the commercial relationship ;
- Improve our communications and marketing strategy;
- Sales prospecting;

- Send information about new job offers that may be of interest to the candidate;
- Transmit satisfaction surveys for internal statistical purposes;
- Check that you have a work permit (for foreign applicants only);
- If the application is accepted, hire the candidate and manage his or her employment contract;
- Compile statistics on job offers.
Finally, with regard to Visitor data, data is collected for :
- Improve and personalize your experience on our Site;
- Produce statistics.
3- On what legal basis(s) do we process data?
We only process your personal data to the extent that this processing meets at least one of the following conditions:
- You have consented to this processing for the purposes set out above;
- This processing is necessary to provide and improve our services and to maintain a secure environment;
- This processing is necessary to comply with the various legal obligations to which we are subject;

4- How long is the data kept?

5- With whom will we share data?
Depending on the purpose of the processing, your personal data may be treated confidentially by authorized KLANIK personnel (marketing, sales, customer relations, administrative, human resources and functional support departments).
Your data may also be shared with third-party companies acting on behalf of KLANIK when we use service providers to provide and maintain our services
Regarding recruitment management processes, the human resources department will transmit some of the information collected to organizations informed of the Candidate's final hiring (notably unemployment insurance, health insurance, retirement, mutual insurance). The Candidate, requalified as an employee, will be comprehensively informed about the various data processing operations carried out by KLANIK as part of and within their employment contract.
Your data may also be shared with our client companies for the provision of services.
In this context, we undertake to verify that all our service providers comply with the GDPR.
We require all our partners to provide sufficient guarantees demonstrating that appropriate technical and organizational security measures have been taken to protect personal data.
- If required by law, we may transmit data to pursue claims against us and to comply with administrative and judicial proceedings;
- If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or receivership, we may be required to sell or share all or part of our assets, including personal data.
Given the organization of our company, we may need to share some of your data with affiliated companies of our group, which may be located outside the European Economic Area.
In this case, we ensure that the third country provides a sufficient level of protection as defined by the supervisory authorities and that appropriate measures and controls are in place to comply with applicable laws and regulations to protect your data.
6- How do we secure data?
We implement organizational, technical, software and physical digital security measures to protect personal data against alteration, destruction and unauthorized access.
Despite all these measures, we want to draw your attention to the fact that the Internet is not a completely secure environment, so we cannot guarantee the security of data transmission and storage.
We commit to notifying the CNIL as soon as possible of any data breaches that may pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.

7- What are your rights?
In accordance with applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your personal data and information concerning them ;

- Right to withdraw consent ;
- Right not to be subject to a fully automated decision.

KLANIK may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs for any additional copies requested.
In case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, KLANIK may require the payment of reasonable fees that arise from the administrative costs incurred to provide the information or refuse to comply with these requests
