A founding vision

Human 1.0 is rooted in a very specific idea: reinvent the place of man in ESNs.

With this idea in mind, Johan Guedj creates KLANIK. The idea is not to "update" the human, but to create a context where he can be fully himself. The individual is not seen as a resource to be optimized, but as a complex, unique being, capable of producing the best when his identity and aspirations are respected.

Human 1.0 is based on a cardinal principle: authenticity is the engine of everything.

Being authentic means accepting that the diversity of people, backgrounds, and temperaments is a strength, not a variable to be corrected.

What does 'Société à Mission' mean?
