Klanik's CSR commitments
Giving meaning to our actions. Responding to social, environmental and societal challenges
In line with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, Klanik's CSR policy is based on 3 main pillars, grouping together all our actions:
It means supporting Klanik employees throughout their careers, acting daily on their well-being (physical and mental health), offering them the opportunity to get involved, share their passions and know-how, and develop their advantages. It means guaranteeing respect and recognition by ensuring equal opportunities, continuing the work carried out by Mission Handicap and maintaining caring relationships. Finally, it means strengthening career management by offering training adapted to the challenges of tomorrow, improving their employability and supporting them in their desire for mobility.
It means becoming a low-carbon company by implementing the corrective actions resulting from our carbon footprint, raising awareness among our employees to improve their daily practices and offsetting the emissions we cannot reduce through the purchase of carbon credits. It means preventing pollution, i.e. extending the lifespan of our furniture and IT equipment as much as possible, continuing to sort our waste and ensuring that our IT equipment is recycled. It means developing an ethical business policy by laying down frameworks in terms of information security, anti-corruption and responsible purchasing, and thus enabling us to rethink our relationships with our suppliers in the future.
It means acting to promote inclusion through skills sponsorship and supporting 3 populations that we feel are unfairly excluded from IT: women, people with disabilities and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. It means spreading our values through solidarity actions, such as collections and charity races, and supporting social projects in line with our values and commitments.
