Missions :



We are looking for a Product Owner to join our client’s team in Brussels.

Your objective will be to implement a digital transformation through agile projects. You will support the business to develop a product vision and implement the project back log.


Tasks and responsibilities


      • Manage the technological aspects of strategic projects (from planning to execution)
      • Coordinate and prioritize the backlog to maximize business value
      • Define the sprint planning together with the business and the scrum master
      • Represent the team for the project stakeholders
      • Work together with the agile team on a daily basis and educate the agile team in the business domain
      • Negotiate scope, budget, planning and priorities
      • Facilitate the requirements modeling process
      • Clarify features and user stories with business stakeholders and development team with the help of business analysts or product managers
      • Ensure that the developed solution meets the defined needs with innovation as the main driver
      • Support ICT with the introduction of the solution including testing and training
      • Delivery to business with the help of the corresponding teams
      • Identify recurring problems and formulate proposals for solutions
      • Communicate and report on the progress of the project to management and stakeholders


Profil :

Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.

Education: Master Degree.

Experience: at least 3 years in a similar position, experience in agile way of working (scrum or other methodologies).

Soft skills: proactive attitude – attention to details – good communication and facilitation skills – driven and dynamic – problem solver spirit, curious and collaborative.
