Descriptif du poste :

Our client in the Banking sector is looking for a Business Analyst to join its team.


Missions :

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in the realisation of new initiatives and solutions ; he/she supports the Product Owner and/or Initiative Integrator. He/she is involved during all moments of the entire lifecycle of a feature and contributes in the value creation:
• He/she is the expert regarding scope
• Collection, understanding and critical analysis of the requirements of all internal and external stakeholders
• Consolidation of the requirements as input for the development team (taking into account technical and process limitations)
• Responsible for the value creation of the solution


Principal responsibilities:
• Estimating potential value
• Working out the potential solution
• Follow-up on delivery
• Realisation value
• Stakeholder management


Profil :

Mandatory :
· Technical background: knowledge of IT architectures
· Methodologies Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
· Analytical
· Ability to manage meetings
· Experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client facing environment

Preferable : knowledge on programming languages and/or software development


Language requirements : fluent in English and Dutch or French
