1 - What personal data do we collect?

1.1 As data controller

The personal data we collect concerns our Candidates, suppliers, clients, and users of our Site. They are as follows:

If you are a Candidate, you can contact us via the contact form available on our Site, or when you apply for a job offer on one of our partners' websites or by any other means such as through our recruitment game World Of Klanik or during a recruitment forum or fair.

The data is collected for recruitment management purposes. They are processed only to the extent strictly necessary to assess the Candidate's ability to fill the proposed position or to measure their professional skills. For this purpose, the Candidate is asked for the following data:

Identification data (including: name, first name, date of birth, email address, postal address, phone number, photo if applicable)

Residence permit / work permit

Curriculum Vitae

-          Driving license if applicable

 

Failure to provide this data will make it impossible to participate in the recruitment process.

We may also collect other personal data that the Candidate has chosen to transmit to us, such as:

As data controller, we may collect certain personal data from the person(s) in charge within our client companies or service providers, as part of providing our services or participants in the professional events organized by KLANIK.

1.2 As a subcontractor

At the same time, we act as a Subcontractor within the meaning of the applicable Regulations when we act on behalf of our clients. As part of our mission, we are required to access and process certain personal data stored on the client's information system. We only act on the client's written instructions. The client defines the purposes and the retention period.

 

2- For what purposes will we use the data?

Regarding the collection and processing of personal data from third parties, the purpose is to:

Provide our technical support services in the field of information technology;

Manage the business relationship;

Send information related in particular to new job offers that may correspond to the candidate;

Transmit satisfaction surveys to establish internal statistics;

Check the existence of a work permit (only for foreign candidates);

If the application is successful, proceed with the hiring of the candidate and manage their employment contract;

Establish statistics on job offers.

 

Finally, regarding Visitor data, data is collected for:

Improve and personalize your experience on our Site;

Performing statistics.

 

3- On what legal basis(es) do we process the data?

We only process your personal data to the extent that this processing meets at least one of the following conditions:

5- With whom will we share the data?

Depending on the purpose of the processing, your personal data may be processed confidentially by authorized personnel (marketing, sales, customer relations, administrative, human resources, and functional support services) of KLANIK.

Your data may also be shared with third-party companies acting on behalf of KLANIK when we use providers to provide and maintain our services.

Regarding treatments related to recruitment management, the human resources department will be required to transmit some of the information collected to organizations informed of the Candidate's final hiring (including unemployment insurance, health insurance, retirement, mutual insurance). The Candidate, reclassified as an employee, will be fully informed of the various data processing operations carried out by KLANIK within the framework of his employment contract.

Your data may also be shared with our client companies for the provision of services.

We commit, in this context, to ensure that all our service providers comply with the GDPR.

We require all our partners to provide us with sufficient guarantees demonstrating that the technical and organizational security measures applicable to the protection of personal data have been taken.

If the law requires it, we may transmit data to respond to claims made against us and comply with administrative and judicial procedures;

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy proceeding, we may be required to sell or share all or part of our assets, including personal data.

Given the organization of our company, we may need to share some of your data with affiliated companies of our group that may be located outside the territory of the European Economic Area.

KLANIK may require payment of reasonable fees based on administrative costs for any additional copy requested.

 

In case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, KLANIK may require the payment of reasonable fees that take into account the administrative costs incurred to provide the information or refuse to comply with these requests.
