In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the Klanik CSR policy is based on 3 main pillars, encompassing all of our actions:
It is to support Klanik employees throughout their journey, to act daily on their well-being (physical and mental health), by offering them the opportunity to get involved, to share their passions and know-how, and to develop their skills. It is to ensure respect and recognition by ensuring equal opportunities, by continuing the work carried out by the mission Disability and by maintaining positive relationships. Finally, it is about strengthening the management of their careers by offering training adapted to the challenges of tomorrow, improving their employability, and supporting them in the best possible way in their desire for mobility.
Becoming a low-carbon company by implementing corrective actions from our carbon footprint, raising awareness among our employees to improve their daily practices, and offsetting emissions that we cannot reduce by purchasing carbon credits. It is about preventing pollution, that is, maximizing the lifespan of our equipment, whether furniture or IT, continuing to sort our waste, and ensuring the recycling of our IT equipment. It is about developing an ethical business policy by setting frameworks in terms of information security, anti-corruption, or responsible purchasing, and thus allowing us to rethink our relationships with our suppliers tomorrow.
Acting for inclusion through skills sponsorship and supporting 3 populations that seem unfairly distant from IT: women, people with disabilities, and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. It is about promoting our values through solidarity actions, such as collections, charity runs, and supporting social projects in line with our values and commitments.
