Job description:

**Opportunity based in Berlin, Germany**

 

Our client  is in full digital transition and is implementing a S4/HANA platform (OneSAP project) and more specifically in the procurement area ARIBA for Sourcing and Commerce Automation.

Our client is looking for a business analyst that can support us in those related projects. You will be working in a team with other business analysts, process owners and purchasing support and will report to the team leader business analysts procurement.

Missions:

-Support the procurement workstream during the OneSAP project and connected Ariba projects
-Participation in workshops including preparation, execution and documentation
-Participating in the modelling of business processes
-Writing of the business blueprint and specifications for the OneSAP and Ariba projects
-Validating and challenging the functional and technical specifications of the IT and implementation partner during the implementation
-Creating test scenarios and testing of the applications after implementation
-Creating training material and providing training to end users (internal and external)
-Supporting the end-users in the use of the implemented IT tools.
-Interface function between the business and the IT within the Group

Profile:

-Master degree in IT or an economical direction
-Experience in complex SAP, Ariba implementation projects (2-5 years)
-Profound knowledge of Procurement processes
-Professional knowledge of SAP MM (SAP ECC & S/4HANA), SAP-Ariba (Sourcing, Network, Guided Buying); knowledge in BI Tools (BO reporting) and SAP-SRM is a plus
-Professional knowledge in integration / internal Interface from SAP in the other modules

-Willing to learn the different IT tools on short term
-Willing to combine project-based work with day-to-day support of end users
-Strong analytical skills and critical minded
-Large problem solving capacity
-Can communicate effectively with many different stakeholders
-A real team player

– Language: Project Language is English and German must. Additional languages (NL, FR) a plus
