We are back with our exclusive topic! Today, we focus on the business manager job. Thank you djamila for making us discover your daily life at work !
Hello Djamila, can you present yourself ?
Djamila Askri, 24, graduated from a Master 2 in Logistics Purchasing (Kedge Business School) that I did while I was working in Supply Chain within ArcelorMittal Fos sur Mer. Following this Master, I made a VIC (volunteer work in a company) at Arcelor’s headquarters in Luxembourg in Purchasing, and since November 2016 I have been working at Klanik.
Why did you choose Klanik?
For 2 main reasons
The challenge, indeed, I was introduced to a young company where I would have the opportunity to be autonomous, to give my opinion, to make choices. I chose Klanik because it is a booming company where I knew I would be able to gain fast competence thanks to the autonomy that I would get.
The business model. I found at Klanik what I have been missing: the human side in everyday relationships, consideration and recognition of consultants. I find these values in my daily job through the exchanges with the various teams (internal staff, consultants, candidates etc ..) and that is very nice.
Your daily BM?
My daily job is divided into 3 main parts:
A commercial part, with prospection (calls and face-to-face) and the daily customer relationship management to understand the different environments and customer contexts.
Consultants management, with whom we maintain a real proximity through various exchanges, events etc …
Recruitment part to find new talent
Have the promises made during the interview been kept ?
Yes indeed. I find them daily through different meetings: the challenge, the autonomy that I was going to have with the various responsibilities entrusted, and above all, the business model and values that all coworkers share at Klanik.
Why would you recommend working at Klanik?
I would recommend Klanik for the opportunity to participate in the development of a growing company, the challenge is guaranteed. And again, I would recommend Klanik for the business model, the young spirit, dynamism and the human values that are present in the everyday life at work.
